Role:
Get involved in Presales with the Sales team in giving Software Presentation & Demo’s.
Study Client requirement, do project scope study, design, analysis, development.
Interacted with clients extensively for requirements gathering and analysis.
Provide Software Prototypes for Customers.
Provide Cost & Time Lines to Sales Team & Prospects.
Responsible for Effort Estimation, Resource Allocation, Client Interaction
You will be Involved in the Front End design collaborating with the designers to make sure
they understand the requirements.
Responsible for Delivery of end product, Quality of deliverable and relevant documentation
Design and development of workflow program and handle various phases of application
development
Plan the Software Execution to ensure it meets to Cost & Time committed.
Do Task Scheduling for the Software Development scheme.
Monitor & Control the Project
Manage Version Releases
Set up Processes & Procedures for all aspects to enable the company to go for ISO & CMM

Candidates Profile:
Enthusiastic, energetic, results-oriented professional, having an experience of over 3 years, with a record of successfully implementing business systems solutions. Having worked on client/server systems in a variety of roles: programmer, team leader with overall responsibility for PROJECT installation and implementation. Having a strong experience in programming, Database Administration and Maintenance Having lead teams of highly skilled software professionals into designing and implementing two tier/ three tier applications. Should be able to work well & delivery outstanding results. Should have excellent organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, time and people effectively. Should posses Good Communication skills and Excellent at Human-Management capabilities. You should be Aggressive, Go-getter, Always get things done before deadlines, Good Motivator. Always looking to learn and study new technologies and ideas.
